Courtwick Lane

A road on the northern edge of Littlehampton, Courtwick Lane runs through an area that is transitioning from countryside to residential development. New housing is being built along and near the lane as part of the North Littlehampton expansion, and the road will eventually serve a significantly larger population than it does today. The lane connects to the A259 and provides access to the northern development areas. Courtwick Farm, from which the lane takes its name, was one of the agricultural holdings that occupied this land before the housing expansion began.
